Yuj
It is as the connection that is between heaven and earth;
It is as the connection that is between the body and the spirit;
It is that which connects the inanimate with the living;
It is the link between the shores of the ocean.
Flowing, ever flowing;
Ebbing, rising;
Life itself.
The shores cannot exist but to contain the ocean,
The yuj of heaven of earth,
The yuj of body and spirit,
It is the yuj that brings you life;
It is the yoke that connect you to your path;
Breathe, connect.
Breathe, join.
Breathe, unite.
Breathe, attach.
